Hi guys,

You need to figure out a registration process that is more equitable give the high level of interest and the small size of the conference. Even something like your connection speed could have affected ones odds of getting a ticket.

For other events w/ a similar situation I've seen a multi-day lottery be effective. Have 48-hrs to register then draw the names of those getting tickets randomly from the entire pool.

The current system is no longer feasible given the popularity of the conference.
